INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MURIS TUBIĆ (1989)
12.01.2012. 15:27The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment for the criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Muris Tubić AKA "Muri", born on October 28, 1989 in the municipality of Gračanica where he resides, a citizen of BiH.
The accused Muris Tubić has on July 25, 2011 obtained a single banknote in denomination of 500.00 Euro which he had intended to put into circulation as genuine by way of attempting to pay for a service of a taxi driver.
The accused is charged to have obtained counterfeit money with the aim of putting it into circulation as genuine, thereby committing the criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205, Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
