THE ACCUSED MIROSLAV LAZAREVIĆ CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

10.07.2012. 13:08 The accused Miroslav LAZAREVIĆ, born on August 1, 1984 in Sarajevo, concluded an agreement on admission of guilt, within the scope of a case vs. several persons who were accused of organized crime related to a large number of car thefts committed in the area of BiH following the completion of an operation codenamed „Kamen“ (stone).

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST IVAN KOVIĆ FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN ARMS AND MILITARY EQUIPMENT

10.07.2012. 13:03 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Ivan KOVIČ, born on November 2, 1959 in Ljubljana - Republic of Slovenia, residing in the municipality of Kranj, a citizen of the Republic of Slovenia, currently in custody.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST NAJDAN MLAĐENOVIĆ AND SAVO ŽIVKOVIĆ

09.07.2012. 14:44 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against the following persons:
-        Najdan MLAĐENOVIĆ, born on March 11, 1961 in Bratunac, a citizen of BiH, and
-        Savo ŽIVKOVIĆ, born on March 25, 1960 in Bratunac, a citizen of BiH.

09.07.2012. 14:41 Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA arrested 3 persons, suspected of having committed the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Arms, Military equipment and Dual Use Products under Article 193 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in the area of Zenica.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MILOMIR PAŠALIĆ (1969)

06.07.2012. 13:29 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Milomir PAŠALIĆ - born on August 23, 1969 in Doboj, where he resides, BiH citizen - charging him with the criminal offense of Accepting Gifts and Other Forms of Benefits under Article 217, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST BABIĆ SAVO (1944)

06.07.2012. 13:27 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against the Savo BABIĆ charging him with the criminal offence of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in conjunction with the provisions of Article 29 and Article 180, Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the same Code.

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR IMPERMISSIBLE USE OF COPYRIGHTS

05.07.2012. 15:31 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office BiH issued an indictment against Denis Agičić - born on August 23, 1980 in Cazin, where he resides, a citizen of BiH - for Impermissible Use of Copyrights.

TWO ACCUSED PERSONS CONCLUDED PLEA AGREEMENTS

05.07.2012. 15:27 Two persons accused of Illicit Trafficking in Arms, Military Equipment and Dual Use Products concluded agreements on admission of guilt. One year imprisonment sentence is sought for each of the accused persons. The following persons entered into a plea agreement with the Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor's Office:

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST RADE VIŠNJIĆ (1973)

04.07.2012. 15:11 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Rade Višnjić, charging him with the criminal offense of Smuggling of Goods under Article 214, Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of BiH, and in conjunction with Article 29 of the same Code.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST RASIM GALIĆ (1976)

03.07.2012. 15:06 Department III Prosecutor issued an indictment against Rasim GALIĆ, charging him with the criminal offense of Customs Fraud under Article 216, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
