CUSTODY MOTION FILED FOR SEVEN PERSONS

21.12.2012. 15:21 During the past few months, the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Slovenia led a joint, parallel investigation against a number of persons from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Slovenia, during which special investigative activities were employed resulting with the identification of a number of perpetrators of illicit international trafficking in narcotic drugs.

10.12.2012. 15:30 Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH to render two French nationals, suspected of committing the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Arms, Military Equipment and Dual Use Products under Article 193 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

06.12.2012. 14:20 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH to render five suspects, who are under investigation relating to the criminal offense of international smuggling of illegal immigrants, into custody.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST ALIJA HASANOVIĆ (1974)

05.12.2012. 15:09 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Alija HASANOVIĆ, charging him with the criminal offense of Failure to Pay Taxes under Article 211 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

TWO PERSONS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY FOR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY

05.12.2012. 15:06 By order of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH in the morning hours of December 4, 2012 two persons with the following initials were deprived of liberty in Prijedor area: V.Đ. (1968) and S.D. (1953), who are suspected of having committed the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity. They were deprived of liberty by the officers of the State Agency for Investigation and Protection - SIPA who acted on orders of the Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.
