16.05.2013. 15:04 At the site of Kula Grad, Zvornik Municipality, an exhumation of mortal remains of persons killed in the past war, which commenced seven days ago, is continuing under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.

CUSTODY PROPOSED AGAINST FOUR SUSPECTS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY WITHIN THE “JUG” POLICE ACTION

16.05.2013. 14:58 Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has put forward a motion with the Court of BiH seeking custody against four persons suspected of the criminal offense of Organized Crime, as referred to in Article 250, Paragraph 1, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Smuggling of Persons, as referred to in Article 189, Paragraph 1, of the Criminal Code of BiH.

EXHUMATIONS OF VICTIMS FROM THE PAST WAR CARRIED OUT IN BRATUNAC AND SREBRENICA MUNICIPALITIES

At the site of Avdići - Trzne settlement, in the territory of Bratunac Municipality, an exhumation was carried out, and several fragments of skeleton remains were exhumed.

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR SMUGGLING OF PERSONS

10.05.2013. 15:16 Prosecutor of the Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH has issued an Indictment against Brane Marjanović, born on 21 July 1956 in Sarajevo, resident of Istočno Sarajevo /East Sarajevo/, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
