European Union Delegation to BiH, headed by Ambassador Peter Sorensen, gave a valuable donation from the IPA funds 2010 to the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH through the Support to the judiciary in Bosnia and Herzegovina project i.e. two servers and other digital and computer equipment.

An exhumation in Sarajevo Centar Municipality, at the site of Kromolj next to number 126, was completed under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and almost complete mortal remains of one person were exhumed. This person’s identity will be established by a subsequent analysis.

An exhumation in the Mostar Municipality was carried out under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH. At the site of Gagrina Cernica, in the territory of the Mostar Municipality, an exhumation was carried out and incomplete skeletal remains of one person were exhumed.

The Court of BiH has admitted the Appeal filed by the Prosecutor's Office of BiH because of the termination of custody and imposition of prohibiting measures for the persons suspected to have committed the criminal offenses of Abuse of Office or Official Authority under Article 220 of the BiH CC, Accepting Gifts and Other Forms of Benefits under Article 217 of the BiH CC, Giving Gifts and Other Forms of Benefits under Article 218 of the BiH CC and Smuggling under Article 214, Paragraph 2 of the BiH CC, and custody against the four suspects in the duration of two months has been re-ordered.

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has issued an Indictment against eighteen (18) physical and nine (9) legal persons charged with customs fraud, money laundering, aggravated thefts and forgery of documents.

An exhumation at the Buća Potok City Dump in Sarajevo commenced under the supervision of an Investigator of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH. At the site of Buća Potok City Dump in Novi Grad Sarajevo Municipality, an exhumation commenced and incomplete mortal remains of one body were found. This exhumation will continue in the coming days.

In the framework of the signed Protocol on Cooperation in the prosecution of war crimes cases, a two-day meeting was held in Sarajevo yesterday and today, namely on 22nd and 23rd of July, between the delegations of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and the State Attorney’s Office of the Republic of Croatia, headed by Chief Prosecutors Goran Salihović and Mladen Bajić.
