INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MIROSLAV PERIŠIĆ (1975)

16.08.2013. 15:06 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Miroslav PERIŠIĆ - born on  February 7, 1975 in Bihać, where he resides, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina - charging him with the criminal offense of Accepting Gifts and Other Benefits under Article 217, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

SUSPECT ALEKSANDAR CVETKOVIĆ EXTRADITED FROM ISRAEL TO BIH JUDICIARY

16.08.2013. 08:16 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH shall request that the suspect be remanded in custody. The suspect will soon be indicted for the criminal offence of Genocide.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MILANKA TAVRA (1965)

16.08.2013. 08:12 Prosecutor of Department III issued an indictment against Milanka Tavra charging her with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243 Paragraphs 1 and 4 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

PROHIBITING MEASURES REQUESTED FOR THE SUSPECT K.A. DETAINED WITHIN THE OPERATION "LUTKA"

13.08.2013. 15:05 Following the questioning of the suspect K.A. (1973) who was arrested by SIPA officers and handed over to the Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, the Assigned Prosecutor forwarded a motion to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina requesting imposure of prohibiting measures for the aforementioned suspect.

VALUABLE COMPUTER EQUIPMENT DONATED BY THE EUROPEAN UNION

09.08.2013. 15:33 European Union Delegation to BiH, headed by Ambassador Peter Sorensen, gave a valuable donation from the IPA funds 2010 to the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH through the Support to the judiciary in Bosnia and Herzegovina project i.e. two servers and other digital and computer equipment.      

EXHUMATIONS IN VIŠEGRAD AND RUDO COMPLETED

02.08.2013. 15:01 An exhumation at the site of Đankići in Višegrad Municipality was completed under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and one complete body was exhumed.

INFORMATION OF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH IN RESPONSE TO THE MEDIA QUESTION REGARDING THE CURRENT ACTIVITIES IN FINDING MASS GRAVES WITH MORTAL REMAINS OF WAR CRIMES VICTIMS

02.08.2013. 14:40 Since his arrival at the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, Chief Prosecutor Goran Salihović has been undertaking necessary activities in order to expedite the process of finding mass graves and identification of mortal remains of war crimes victims, as this has been defined as one of the priorities in the work of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.

EXHUMATION AT THE KROMOLJ SITE IN SARAJEVO COMPLETED

31.07.2013. 15:16 An exhumation in Sarajevo Centar Municipality, at the site of Kromolj next to number 126, was completed under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and almost complete mortal remains of one person were exhumed. This person’s identity will be established by a subsequent analysis.

EXHUMATION OF VICTIMS FROM THE PAST WAR CARRIED OUT IN THE MOSTAR MUNICIPALITY

26.07.2013. 15:16 An exhumation in the Mostar Municipality was carried out under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH. At the site of Gagrina Cernica, in the territory of the Mostar Municipality, an exhumation was carried out and incomplete skeletal remains of one person were exhumed.
