INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR WAR CRIMES COMMITTED IN THE AREA OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF GORNJI VAKUF/USKOPLJE

27.08.2015. 15:34 Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an Indictment against the following person:
-      Suad Ramić aka Buba, born on 24 May 1966 in Bugojno, residing in Gornji Vakuf, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

27.08.2015. 15:25 Persons accused of the criminal offenses of Organized Crime, as referred to in Article 250 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, as referred to in Article 195 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, have admitted their guilt and signed Plea Agreements with the Prosecutor, in the presence of their attorneys. 

DEFENDANT PERO JURIĆ ENTERS INTO A PLEA AGREEMENT ADMITTING GUILT FOR THE CRIMINAL OFFENSE OF TAX EVASION

26.08.2015. 15:40 Defendant Pero Jurić has entered into a Plea Agreement admitting guilt for the criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud, as referred to in Article 210, Paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as admitting that the legal person of TIMBERJACK d.o.o. /Limited Liability Company/ Glamoč is responsible for the commission of the same criminal offense as read with Article 124 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

19.06.2015. 15:25 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor´s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has put forward a Motion with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina proposing custody against the suspect Milenko Krsmanović aka Krša, born on 24 January 1957 in Bijele Vode in the Municipality of Sokolac, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who is suspected to have committed the criminal offense of Obstruction of Justice (as referred to in Article 241 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina) and the criminal offenses of Murder and Incitement (as referred to in Article 148 and Article 24 of the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska, respectively).
