The accused Jasmin Buljugić, born in 1966 in Sarajevo, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, pleaded guilty by agreement, after which he was sentenced before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to a suspended prison sentence of one (1) year, which will not be carried out if the accused does not commit a new criminal offense within the period of two (2) years from the date of final judgement.
