ACCUSED EMPLOYEE OF THE CEC BIH ADMITTED GUILT FOR CORRUPTIVE CRIMINAL OFFENSE OF FORGING OF OFFICIAL DOCUMENT

31.01.2023. 12:12  The accused Jasmin Buljugić, born in 1966 in Sarajevo, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, pleaded guilty by agreement, after which he was sentenced before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to a suspended prison sentence of one (1) year, which will not be carried out if the accused does not commit a new criminal offense within the period of two (2) years from the date of final judgement.

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR ILLEGAL TRAFFIC OF EXCISE PRODUCTS

24.01.2023. 14:23  A Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an indictment against Dominik Marić AKA “Domo", born in 1993 in Ljubuški.
