18.07.2023. 13:00 An investigator of the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina is present at the site in the vicinity of the village of Izbišno, Municipality of Foča, in the canyon of the Bistrica River, where he coordinates the work of authorized officers participating in the exhumation process.  

CUSTODY PROPOSED FOR TWO PERSONS SUSPECTED OF MONEY COUNTERFEITING

18.07.2023. 12:44 Having carried out the operation and arrested two persons suspected of the placement of a larger quantity of counterfeit euro banknotes in the area of Banja Luka, the duty prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina questioned the suspects and decided to put forward a Motion for pre-Trial Custody with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
