08.11.2024. 09:06 The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina filed an indictment against:  

PROPOSED PROHIBITION MEASURES FOR SUSPECT FIKRET PREVLJAK (1961)*

07.11.2024. 12:23 After interviewing the suspect, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina sent a motion to the Court of BiH to order prohibiting measures for the suspect, which, among other things, include the confiscation of documents, a travel ban, as well as a ban on contacting witnesses and suspects in the case and reporting three times a week to the relevant police department.  

MEETING OF CHIEF PROSECUTORS OF PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH AND SUPREME STATE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF MONTENEGRO

05.11.2024. 12:15 A working meeting of the delegations of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and the Supreme State Prosecutor’s Office of Montenegro was held at the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH. During it, an Agreement on understanding and cooperation in the field of support for witnesses, injured parties and victims was signed to allow their participation in criminal proceedings in war crimes cases.
