After interviewing the suspects, the
prosecutor-in-charge of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina
submitted to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina a motion to order one person
into custody and prohibition measures for three suspects, in a case with
elements of corruption, who were deprived of their freedom within the SIPA
operation carried out in the area of Sarajevo, Tuzla and Srebrenica in
cooperation with the Federation Ministry of Interior, Republika Srpska Ministry
of Interior, Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Interior, Tuzla Canton Ministry of
Interior and the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH (ITA BiH).

An Agreement on Operational Cooperation between
the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Commission for
Securities of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina was signed today in the
Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a confirmation of the will of
both institutions to improve the cooperation that has been established in the
field of supervision over the enforcement of laws and other regulations under
the jurisdiction of the Commission, that is, in connection with the conduct of
investigations into criminal offences on which the Prosecutor’s Office of
Bosnia and Herzegovina is working and for which the Court of Bosnia and
Herzegovina is competent in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code of
Bosnia and Herzegovina and other applicable laws.

Accused Dario Čukić aka “Čuka,”
from Gradačac, born in 1994 in Tuzla, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina,
fully pleaded guilty in the presence of a lawyer to the indictment for the
criminal offence of counterfeiting money.

The accused, Rejhan Raković
(1980) and Kenit Čakić (1994), pleaded guilty by agreement, after which they
were found guilty in the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the following
sentences were imposed on them:

Special Department for Organised Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption, police
officers of the Border Police of BiH are carrying out the activities of apprehending
suspects and searching several locations in the area of Banja Luka, Zenica and
Novi Travnik.

War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina coordinated the
exhumation process on unmarked plots at the site of the Lukavac City Graveyard.

The prosecutor-in-charge of the Special
Department for Organised Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption, after
interviewing the suspects, submitted a motion that a detention measure be
ordered for five suspects who were deprived of their freedom in the
continuation of the police operation codenamed “Overdose 2”.
