THE ACCUSED AKIF BEŠLIJA (1966) CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

15.01.2013. 15:16 The accused Akif Bešlija concluded an Agreement on admission of guilt for the committed criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud under Article 210, Paragraph 3 in conjunction with Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

RAJKO SLIJEPČEVIĆ, BRANISLAV RADUJKOVIĆ AND BILJANA SLIJEPČEVIĆ CONCLUDED PLEA AGREEMENTS

09.01.2013. 14:57 The accused persons: Rajko SLIJEPČEVIĆ, Branislav RADUJKOVIĆ and Biljana SLIJEPČEVIĆ, concluded Agreements on admission of guilt for the committed criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

THE VERDICT RENDERED TO ALBINA TERZIĆ APPEALED

04.01.2013. 14:55 Dissatisfied with the sentence rendered the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH lodged an appeal against the first instance verdict in the case v. Albina Terzić, which sentenced the accused to five (5) year imprisonment for the criminal offence of War Crimes against Civilians under Article 173 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

04.01.2013. 14:30 The Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against eight accused persons, charging them with war crimes committed against Serb victims in Kladanj.

THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE OF BIH APPEALED THE DECISION TO TERMINATE CUSTODY OF THE SUSPECT ANES SADIKOVIC (1976)

03.01.2013. 10:53 The Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH lodged an appeal with the Court of BiH against its decision to release the suspect Anes Sadiković by granting bail on real estate guaranties and imposing prohibitive measures.
