The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH works and operates in full capacity. Regarding current events, we inform you that the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has been conducting investigative actions since December 2024, because of the existence of grounds for suspicion that a criminal offence of Attack on the constitutional order under Article 156 of the Criminal Code of BiH has been committed.
