CUSTODY MOTION AGAINST SUSPECTS OGNJEN ODOVIĆ AND OTHERS*
04.10.2024. 15:02In the case of high-level organised crime, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH submitted to the Court of BiH a motion to order into custody the suspect Ognjen Odović, born in 1979, municipality of Sokolac, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Serbia, and the suspect Verena Cerovina *, born in 1992 in Sarajevo, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Serbia.
The custody measure has been proposed for the reasons described in
Article 132 (1) (a) and (b), that is, Article 132 (1) (b) of the
Criminal Procedure Code of BiH.
The aforementioned suspects are charged with the criminal offence of Organised crime under Article 250 of the Criminal Code of BiH in conjunction with the criminal offence of Accessory after the fact under Article 232 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
