The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH was informed that the indictment that was recently filed for provoking ethnical, racial, religious hatred, discord and intolerance under Article 145a of the Criminal Code of BiH was confirmed.

The indictment refers to insulting the victims of the killing of eight children in Vitez in 1993.

 

As stated in the indictment, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina plans to prove the allegations of the indictment during the evidentiary proceedings by calling four witnesses, including a representative of the injured party, as well as an expert witness, and by submitting around twenty pieces of evidence.
