INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST FIVE PERSONS FOR ELECTORAL FRAUD

2. Jozo Vrhovac, born in 1954 in Gradačac
3. Šimo Ćaćić, born in 1956 in Gradačac
4. Marko Katić, born in 1965 in Gradačac
5. Emir Hanić, aka "Hana", born in 1989 in Gradačac
These accused persons are charged with acting unlawfully and contrary to the provisions and procedures for voting at polling stations, during the General Elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina, on 7 October 2018, in the area of Gradačac, at the polling station 025A039 in Liporašće, when the accused Matkić was a president of the polling station committee, and the other accused were its members.
The aforementioned accused persons are charged with falsifying the election results by adding a certain number of signatures and votes of voters who did not go to the polls, thereby committing the criminal offence of Electoral Fraud, referred to in Article 154 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Prosecutors Office will prove the allegations in the Indictment by calling 16 witnesses and one (1) expert witness, as well as by submitting around 30 pieces of material evidence.
The Indictment has been forwarded to, and confirmed by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This announcement does not prejudice the outcome of the criminal proceedings and does not violate the principle of the presumption of innocence. A person shall be considered innocent of a crime until guilt has been established by a final verdict (Article 3, paragraph 1 of the CPC BiH).
