CHIEF PROSECUTOR HELD A PRESS CONFERENCE ON ACTIVITIES IN THE FIGHT AGAINST ORGANIZED CRIME AND CORRUPTION
23.02.2023. 14:51 On 23 February 2023, a Press Conference was held in the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH at which the Chief Prosecutor Milanko Kajganić presented the activities in the fight against organized crime and high-level corruption to the public, as well as results achieved in 2022 and events planned in 2023.
The Chief Prosecutor pointed out the most important segments of work of the Prosecutor’s Office in this area, as well as difficulties encountered by the prosecutor’s office and partner police agencies and law enforcement institutions.
The press conference isorganized within the scope of implementation of the activities from the Communication Strategy of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH. Journalists could pose questions that were of interest to them from the work domain and the jurisdiction of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH. The event was attended by dozens of journalists from a large number of editorials, 16 television teams and media from BiH, as well as regional and international media and correspondents of international media houses, present in Bosnia and Herzegovina*Note on the principle of presumption of innocence
