CHIEF PROSECUTOR MET WITH THE NEWLY APPOINTED HEAD OF THE OSCE MISSION TO BIH
02.11.2022. 10:49 Chief Prosecutor Milanko Kajganić met with the Head of the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ambassador Brian Aggeler, and his associates at the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
The meeting parties discussed the cooperation between the two institutions, which is particularly highlighted in the segment of war crimes processing, as well as the fight against organized crime, corruption, terrorism, human trafficking, crimes related to the election process and other criminal offenses.
The OSCE mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina provides support to the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina through various projects aimed at strengthening the capacity for the rule of law and efficient case processing. In the past period, a large number of project activities were realized in which both institutions, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina, participated, and these partner activities of joint cooperation will continue in the future.*Note on the principle of presumption of innocence
