PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH CERTIFIED TO HANDLE SECRET DATA
26.10.2022. 14:08 Chief Prosecutor Milanko Kajganić, together with his associates, met with officials of the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina from the Department for the Protection of Secret Data - State Security Authority.
It was presented to the officials that after moving to the new upgraded capacities, the prosecutor’s office fully met all the required conditions related to the Law on the Protection of Secret Data in terms of personal security, physical security, document security and IT security, which was by the State Security Authority, following the tour of the building.
The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Chief Prosecutor Milanko Kajganić have worked intensively, over the past year, on the final and full implementation of the aforementioned Law, for the sake of efficient cooperation with partner institutions and the fight against crime and illegality in all areas under the jurisdiction of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The meeting parties also agreed on further planned activities to improve the protection of secret data in the future.*Note on the principle of presumption of innocence
