JUDGMENT OF DISMISSAL AGAINST ADEM KOSTJEREVAC (1961) REVOKED
28.10.2021. 10:31The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH was informed about the revocation of the judgment of dismissal in the case against Adem Kostjerevac.
In the above case, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an appeal against the judgment of dismissal with the Court of BiH on 16 April 2021.
On 26 October 2021, the Appellate Panel of the Court of BiH was served with a Decision granting the appeal of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and, consequently, the judgment of dismissal has been revoked in its entirety and a hearing ordered before the Panel of the Appellate Division of the Court of BiH.
Adem Kostjerevac was extradited from the USA to the BiH judiciary on 18 June 2020.
