APPEAL FILED AGAINST DECISION ON NON-ORDERING JASMIN MULAHUSIĆ (1976) INTO CUSTODY
08.09.2021. 12:25A prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed within the legal deadline an appeal against the decision of the Court of BiH, which did not order custody against the suspect Jasmin Mulahusić.
The appeal was filed due to erroneously and incompletely established state of facts in the decision of the Court of BiH.
Also, as part of the investigation in this case, a request for mutual legal assistance was sent and communication was established with the partner judicial institutions of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
In the appeal against the decision of the Court of BiH, it is requested that the Court fully consider all the facts and render a decision on ordering the suspect into custody.
