Acting Chief Prosecutor, Gordana Tadić, has held a Collegium of the Special Department or War Crimes and the Department III and has met with the Heads of the respective Departments, Heads of the Departments’ Sections, the Departments’ Prosecutors and Legal Officers.

The main topic for discussion at the Collegium was the manner in which the amended Criminal Procedure Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina and its provisions, as published in the ‘‘Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina’’ no. 65/18 on 21 September 2018, will be implemented in practice, within the work on the cases of the Special Department for War Crimes and the Department III, respectively.

Implementation of the amended provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code will make a significant contribution to the establishment of the rule of law and the security of citizens.
