INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST BORIS DIMAČ (1973)
22.06.2012. 15:01The indictment charges Boris DIMAČ with having, during the period from 2005 to April 26, 2012, put into circulation copyrighted works stored on CD / DVD media (movies, music releases, series, cartoons, games for the PCs, etc.) in his independent trade shop - CD shop in Kiseljak, without permission of the author or another copyright holder. 242 CDs and 645 DVDs of various content and authors, that he knew were copies made contrary to provisions of Article 34 of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights ("Official Gazette of BiH" No. 63/10), were found in possession of the accused and seized. The accused copied the sound and image carriers via two processing units "Intel Pentium 4" without covers.
As alleged in the indictment, these items were found and seized on April 26, 2012 by the authorized officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
This announcement does not prejudice the outcome of the criminal proceedings and does not violate the principle of the presumption of innocence. A person shall be considered innocent of a crime until guilt has been established by a final verdict (Article 3, paragraph 1 of the CPC BiH).
