INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST HALILOVIĆ MURIS (1974)
21.03.2012. 15:21The indictment charges HALILOVIĆ Muris to have, from late 2010 and during the 2011 in his office premises, as the owner of the legal entity in Bihać, stored in the memory of computers, copied and put into circulation multiplied copyrights in the form of textbooks and books of different publishers and authors, without authorization or approval of a copyright holder or a person authorized to give approval, aware that those were illegal copies which is contrary to Article 20, 21 and 22 of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights ("Official Gazette of BiH", No. 63/10), thereby committing the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
As alleged in the indictment, during the search of the aforementioned office space, conducted on October 11, 2011, the following items were found and seized: a central computer unit "Trendsonic", an "HP", computer unit, a computer unit with no visible manufacturer’s markings and 140 illegal copies of books and textbooks.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
