INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST ADMIR KLEBIĆ (1974)
24.02.2012. 15:08Prosecutor of Department III issued an indictment against Admir Klebić AKA "Ado", born on November 10, 1974 in Tuzla, where he resides, BiH citizen, charging him with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyright under Article 243 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
The indictment charges Admir Klebić that in his photocopying shop in Tuzla, he made unauthorized copies of copyrights i.e. books and textbooks by various authors, without the consent of the author or other copyright holder or a person authorized to give approval, and that he knew that those were illegal copies which is contrary to Article 20, Paragraph 2 of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights ("Official Gazette of BiH", No. 63/10), thereby committing the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH, in conjunction with the Law on Copyright and Related Rights ("Official Gazette" no.63/10).
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
