INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST PREDRAG PROŠIĆ (1963)

23.02.2012. 15:16 The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has filed an Indictment against Predrag Prošić, charged with the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity, as referred to in Article 172(1)(h) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in conjunction with Article 29 and Article 180(1) of the same Code.

FOUR PERSONS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY ON SUSPICION FOR WAR CRIMES COMMITTED IN DRETELJ CAMP

22.02.2012. 15:42 As ordered by a Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, in an action of law enforcement officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA, the following suspects have been deprived of liberty: -  Srećko Herceg, born on 01 January 1968 in Humac, Ljubuški, -  Ivan Medić, born on 31 May 1952 in Radišići, Ljubuški, -  Marina Grubišić-Fejzić, born on 24 August 1967 in Čapljina, - Ivan Zelenika, born on 17 October 1953 in Jare.

07.02.2012. 13:05 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Besim Grapci charging him with the criminal offence of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205, Paragraph 4 of the Criminal Code of BiH. 

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS

07.02.2012. 12:25 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Robert Dominiku, born on February 27, 1954 in Peć - the Republic of Serbia, where he resides, a citizen of the Republic of Serbia - Kosovo, who has been in custody since December 16, 2011.

CUSTODY MOTION FILED FOR A PERSON SUSPECTED OF SMUGGLING A MAJOR QUANTITY OF NARCOTIC DRUGS

06.02.2012. 12:23 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH to remand the suspect who, pursuant to the collected evidence, is presumed to be a citizen of Serbia from Kosovo into custody.

MIROSLAV KRAJIŠNIK (1950), SUSPECTED OF WAR CRIMES, DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY

25.01.2012. 15:50 By order of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, the officers of SIPA arrested Miroslav Krajišnik, who is suspected of having committed the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity, in Sokolac.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST JUKIĆ ŽELJKO (1970)

24.01.2012. 15:13 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Jukić Željko, charging him with the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph h) in conjunction with Subparagraphs a), d), i) and k) of the CC of BiH, all in conjunction with Article 180, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH.
