07.02.2012. 12:25 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Robert Dominiku, born on February 27, 1954 in Peć - the Republic of Serbia, where he resides, a citizen of the Republic of Serbia - Kosovo, who has been in custody since December 16, 2011.

CUSTODY MOTION FILED FOR A PERSON SUSPECTED OF SMUGGLING A MAJOR QUANTITY OF NARCOTIC DRUGS

06.02.2012. 12:23 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH to remand the suspect who, pursuant to the collected evidence, is presumed to be a citizen of Serbia from Kosovo into custody.

MIROSLAV KRAJIŠNIK (1950), SUSPECTED OF WAR CRIMES, DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY

25.01.2012. 15:50 By order of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, the officers of SIPA arrested Miroslav Krajišnik, who is suspected of having committed the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity, in Sokolac.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST JUKIĆ ŽELJKO (1970)

24.01.2012. 15:13 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Jukić Željko, charging him with the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph h) in conjunction with Subparagraphs a), d), i) and k) of the CC of BiH, all in conjunction with Article 180, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH.

-        Topalović Emil, born on May 2, 1984 in Gradec - Republic of Slovenia, with residence in Bosanska Dubica - Kozarska Dubica, staying in the Republic of Slovenia, BiH citizen.

AN ORDER TO CLOSE THE INVESTIGATION OF GANIĆ ET AL WAS ISSUED

18.01.2012. 15:25 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an order to close the investigation of the following persons: Ejup Ganić, Hasan Efendić, Zaim Backović, Jovan Divjak, Jusuf Pušina, Emin Švrakić, Dragan Vikić, Fikret Muslimović, Dževad Topić, Jovica Berović, Rešad Jusupović, Jusuf Kecman, Damir Dolan and Ibrahim Hodžić. The investigation was suspended because it was determined that the acts of the aforementioned suspects did not constitute the elements of a crime.

17.01.2012. 15:31 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Ratko Lavrnić, charging him with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians in the hamlet Rejzovići - Ključ municipality in 1993.

THE SUSPECT BRANKO VLAČO (1953) EXTRADITED FROM MONTENEGRO TO BIH JUDICIARY

17.01.2012. 15:27 Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office Of BiH shall file a motion to the Court of BiH to remand the suspect Branko Vlačo (1953) in custody on grounds stipulated in Article 132, Paragraph 1, Subparagraphs a) and b) of the CPC BiH.
