05.12.2012. 15:09 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Alija HASANOVIĆ, charging him with the criminal offense of Failure to Pay Taxes under Article 211 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

TWO PERSONS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY FOR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY

05.12.2012. 15:06 By order of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH in the morning hours of December 4, 2012 two persons with the following initials were deprived of liberty in Prijedor area: V.Đ. (1968) and S.D. (1953), who are suspected of having committed the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity. They were deprived of liberty by the officers of the State Agency for Investigation and Protection - SIPA who acted on orders of the Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.

THE SUSPECT ZORAN DRAGIČEVIĆ (1962) WAS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY

05.12.2012. 15:03 Acting on the orders of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA have, on December 4, 2012 at about 7 AM in Bijeljina, arrested Zoran DRAGIČEVIĆ - a former member of the Armed Forces of Republika Srpska - suspected of committing war crimes in Sarajevo during 1992 and 1993.
