CHIEF PROSECUTOR MET WITH THE AMBASSADOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF FRANCE

20.03.2013. 15:12 Ambassador of the Republic of France in BiH, H. E. Roland Gilles visited the Prosecutor’s office of BiH together with a representative of French Prosecutor’s Office and other associates, and met with the Chief Prosecutor Goran Salihović and his associates.      

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST TWO PERSONS FOR ILLICIT DRUG TRAFFICKING

20.03.2013. 15:05 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against two persons charging them with illicit international trafficking in narcotic drugs.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST FRANO VULIĆ (1968)

20.03.2013. 15:02 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Frano VULIĆ charging him with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians under Article 173, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph c) in conjunction with Article 180, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

NEDŽAD HODŽIĆ (1969) ARRESTED

19.03.2013. 15:53 By order of the Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, the investigators of the State Investigation and Protection Agency-SIPA have on March 19, 2013 arrested  Nedžad HODŽIĆ aka "Džon Vejn", "Džoni" and "Nećko" - born on March 15, 1962 in Novi Pazar - Republic of Serbia, permanently residing in Sarajevo, citizen of BiH and the Republic of Serbia.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST EMIR PURIĆ (1977)

19.03.2013. 15:51 Prosecutor of Department III issued an indictment against Emir PURIĆ, born on November 28, 1977 in Travnik, where he resides, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, charged with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

ZORAN MITROVIĆ (1979) EXTRADITED TO BIH JUDICIARY

19.03.2013. 15:47 Zoran MITROVIĆ aka "Luftika" was arrested in Budapest pursuant to an international arrest warrant issued by the Court of BiH at the request of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, and on Friday evening he was flown to Sarajevo International Airport and transferred to the Court of BiH.

THE ACCUSED ELVEDINA HINDIĆ (1961) CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

18.03.2013. 15:45 The accused Elvedina HINDIĆ concluded an Agreement on admission of guilt for the committed criminal offense of Illicit Trade in Excise Products under Article 210a of the Criminal Code of BiH.

THE ACCUSED MARINKO OBRENOVIĆ (1964) CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

18.03.2013. 15:42 The accused Marinko OBRENOVIĆ concluded an Agreement on admission of guilt for the committed criminal offense of Illicit Trade in Excise Products under Article 210a of the Criminal Code of BiH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST V. D. (1977) FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS

15.03.2013. 15:45 The Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against V.D. (1977), born and residing in Trebinje, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Montenegro.
