INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST THREE PERSONS FOR COUNTERFEITING OF MONEY

27.03.2013. 15:23 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment for the criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

PURSUANT TO THE PROTOCOL ON COOPERATION, THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE OF BIH HAS REQUESTED THE OFFICE OF THE WAR CRIMES PROSECUTOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA TO DELIVER THE LIST OF PERSONS, BiH CITIZENS, FOR WHOM THE SERBIAN AUTHORITIES HAVE ISSUED ARREST WARRA

22.03.2013. 15:36 On March 22, 2013 the Prosecutor's Office of BiH has requested the Office of the War Crimes Prosecutor of the Republic of Serbia to, pursuant to the Protocol on cooperation in prosecution of perpetrators of war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide signed between the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Office of the War Crimes Prosecutor of the Republic of Serbia, deliver a copy of evidence in the case involving BiH citizen Samir Hondo, born on 29.12.1966. in Konjic, who was arrested on March 20, 2013 at Badovinci - border crossing between the Republic of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of war crimes in the war camp "Čelebići" located in Konjic municipality.

22.03.2013. 15:10 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against the following persons:

TWO ACCUSED PERSONS CONCLUDED PLEA AGREEMENTS FOR THE CRIMINAL OFFENSE OF SMUGGLING OF GOODS

22.03.2013. 15:07 The accused persons:  Amir TABAKOVIĆ and Azmir HODŽIĆ, concluded Agreements on Admission of Guilt for the criminal offense of Smuggling of Goods under Article 214, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in conjunction with Article 26 of the same Code.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST ZORAN MILIĆ (1962)

21.03.2013. 15:20 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Zoran MILIĆ aka "Maslanica" - born on April 28, 1962 in the municipality of Busovača where he resides, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia - charging him with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians committed in Busovača in central Bosnia.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST 15 PERSONS

21.03.2013. 15:14 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against 15 persons charging them with several criminal offenses, including the continued criminal offense of Organizing a Group or Association for Smuggling or Distribution of Goods on Which Duties Were Not Paid  under Article 215, the criminal offense of Disclosure of Secret Data under Article 164, the criminal offense of Abuse of Office or Official Authority under Article 220, the criminal offense of Accepting Gifts and Other Forms of Benefits under Article 217, all in conjunction with Article 53 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

CHIEF PROSECUTOR MET WITH THE AMBASSADOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF FRANCE

20.03.2013. 15:12 Ambassador of the Republic of France in BiH, H. E. Roland Gilles visited the Prosecutor’s office of BiH together with a representative of French Prosecutor’s Office and other associates, and met with the Chief Prosecutor Goran Salihović and his associates.      

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST TWO PERSONS FOR ILLICIT DRUG TRAFFICKING

20.03.2013. 15:05 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against two persons charging them with illicit international trafficking in narcotic drugs.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST FRANO VULIĆ (1968)

20.03.2013. 15:02 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Frano VULIĆ charging him with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians under Article 173, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph c) in conjunction with Article 180, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

NEDŽAD HODŽIĆ (1969) ARRESTED

19.03.2013. 15:53 By order of the Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, the investigators of the State Investigation and Protection Agency-SIPA have on March 19, 2013 arrested  Nedžad HODŽIĆ aka "Džon Vejn", "Džoni" and "Nećko" - born on March 15, 1962 in Novi Pazar - Republic of Serbia, permanently residing in Sarajevo, citizen of BiH and the Republic of Serbia.
