29.04.2013. 15:34 Three persons accused of committing the criminal offense of Illicit Trade in Excise Products under Article 210a of the Criminal Code of BiH entered into plea agreements with a Prosecutor of Department III.

29.04.2013. 15:32 During the course of activities in detection and prosecution of corruption offenses, performed at the request of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, 3 more suspects were deprived of liberty.

29.04.2013. 15:03 Authorized officers of SIPA, acting on the orders of the Court of  BiH and the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo issued at the request of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH and the Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecutor's Office, carried out investigative activities in three operations code named "Patriot", "Memory" and "Pravda" [justice], with the aim to shed some light on the crimes of corrupt nature in the Federation BiH, as well as organized crime in conjunction with Illicit Trafficking in Narcotics.

AN EXHUMATION WAS CARRIED OUT IN KNEŽEVO

29.04.2013. 15:00 An exhumation was carried out at the location of Korićanske stijene in Kneževo municipality under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH. Five fragments of human skeletal remains were exhumed.
