22.05.2013. 14:59 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has put forward a motion with the Court of BiH seeking extension of custody against five persons deprived of liberty on 26 April 2013, during the Patriot and Pravda /Justice/ actions, who have been in custody since 27 April 2013 pursuant to the decision of the Court of BiH, namely for the following persons:  

VOJISLAV ILINČIĆ (1973) ENTERED INTO A PLEA AGREEMENT ADMITTING GUILT

21.05.2013. 15:15 The person accused of the Smuggling of Persons has entered into a Plea Agreement admitting guilt. The accused Vojislav Ilinčić, born on 29 April 1973 in Brčko, resident of Pelagićevo, citizen of BiH, accused of the criminal offense of Smuggling of Persons, as referred to in Article 189, Paragraph 1, of the Criminal Code of BiH, as read with Article 29 of the Criminal Code of BiH, has entered into a Plea Agreement admitting guilt.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST ENES ČELEBIĆ (1986)

21.05.2013. 15:13 Prosecutor of the Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH has issued an Indictment against Enes Čelebić, born on 15 January 1986 in Bihać, where he also resides, citizen of BiH, charged with the commission of the continued criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money, as referred to in Article 205, Paragraph 2, of the Criminal Code of BiH, in conjunction with Article 54 of the same Code.
