CUSTODY MOTION FILED FOR TWO PERSONS

04.04.2013. 15:15 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH to remand two persons, who are suspected of having committed the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250 in conjunction with the criminal offense of Smuggling of Persons under Article 189, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in custody.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST STANKO JANJUZ (1953)

03.04.2013. 15:20 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Stanko JANJUZ- born on June 17, 1953 in the municipality of Bosanska/Kozarska Dubica where he resides, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina - charging him with the criminal offense of Smuggling of Goods under Article 214, Paragraph 2 in conjunction with Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in conjunction with Article 29 of the same Code.
