02.12.2013. 15:08 The accused is charged with having participated in the preparation and cultivation of Marijuana "Skunk" in large quantities, under special conditions which required construction and equipment. The indictment proposes forfeiture of ill-gotten gain in the amount of BAM 14.000.

NEDIM MILANOVIĆ (1969) CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

02.12.2013. 15:04 Nedim Milanović – born on March 15, 1969 in Sarajevo where he resides, citizen of BiH, charged with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH, entered into a plea agreement with the Prosecutor of the Department III within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
