29.09.2014. 14:34 The accused Goran Vlajić - born on July 4, 1981 in Banja Luka where he resides, BiH citizen, charged with the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250, Paragraph 4 of the CC BiH, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Smuggling of Goods under Article 214, Paragraph 2 of the same code - entered into plea agreement with the Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
