The assigned prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has, following the questioning of the suspect, filed a motion for remand in custody of the suspect Fahrudin Gačanović, born in 1979, employed as a police officer of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies BiH, previously an employee of SIPA BiH.
In the case of corruption crimes, the accused pleaded guilty and were sentenced to prison sentences, as well as suspended sentences and fines, and the three accused police officers of the Border Police are no longer members of the police structure
By order of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the exhumation process was completed at the location of Duboko Valje-Ljuta located in the municipality of Konjic, during which the remains of one person were found.

Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption issued an indictment for corrupt activities in the process of employment in the BiH Border Police, illegal requests for and receipt of large sums of money from candidates in the process, as well as other related criminal acts.
After receiving the information, the on call prosecutor gave the police officers instructions for further action in the case.
An investigator of the Special Department for War Crimes is at the location of Mount Igman, where, by order of the Prosecutor, he is coordinating the work of authorized officials who are involved in the process of exhumation and the search for the remains of victims from the past war.

After questioning the suspect in the presence of his lawyer, a Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH sent a motion to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to remand into a 30-day custody the suspect D. A. (1981), a citizen of Pakistan, who was deprived of liberty in the operation conducted by SIPA.
