25.12.2020. 08:52 Having questioned the suspects, the Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina in charge of the case put forward a proposal with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, seeking the measure of custody to be ordered in regard to three (3) suspects.

24.12.2020. 09:26 In the course of the proceedings, the Prosecutor’s Office will request confiscation of unlawful material gain from the accused persons, as well as prohibition from practicing their profession, or performing activities or any other duties in football and competition associations in Bosnia and Herzegovina for a period of five (5) years.

23.12.2020. 14:26 Having questioned the suspect, the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina in charge of the case put forward a proposal with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, seeking prohibiting measures to be ordered in regard to the suspect Haris Demirović, born in 1998 in Bihać, a citizen of both Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia, who is employed as a police officer with the Una-Sana Canton Ministry of the Interior.

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR ENCOURAGING TERRORIST ACTIVITIES IN PUBLIC

23.12.2020. 14:14 The accused Toni Bašić (2000) is charged with publicly encouraging terrorist activities, anti-Semitism, racism, nationalism and attacks on the LGBT population, as well as encouraging terrorist attacks on facilities in the United States of America, which he did on several occasions during 2020, via Internet.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST SENIOR INSPECTOR OF BIH BORDER POLICE FOR CRIME OF CORRUPTION

23.12.2020. 13:46 The Accused Senad Samardžić (1973) is charged with receiving unlawful material gain in order to intercede in the return of a motor vehicle that had been confiscated by the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

23.12.2020. 09:23 The Accused Amar Musli (1997) is charged with illegally enabling the placement of a large number of video recordings, series and films from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region, via the Internet, the showing of which is protected by copyright.

CUSTODY PROPOSED AGAINST EIGHT PERSONS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY IN POLICE OPERATION CODENAMED ‘JUG’ /SOUTH/

22.12.2020. 15:35 Having questioned the suspects, the Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina in charge of the case sent a proposal to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina seeking a 30- day custody measure to be ordered in regard to eight suspects.

22.12.2020. 14:50 The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH wants the suspect for the purposes of conducting a court proceeding based on a confirmed indictment in the case codenamed “Lutka” /Puppet/ and for the purposes of an investigation, which the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and the Republika Srpska Ministry of Interior are conducting together with partner institutions, into crimes perpetrated in the area of East Sarajevo and BiH in the period from 2017 to 2019.
