07.05.2024. 12:20 A prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes, after interrogating the suspect, submitted a motion that a custody measure be ordered against the suspect Zdravko Čvorić, born in 1967 in Tuzla, citizen of the Kingdom of the Netherlands who is residing in the Netherlands.CUSTODY PROPOSED AGAINST THREE PERSONS AND PROHIBITING MEASURES AGIANST FOURTEEN PERSONS IN CASE CODENAMED ‘PYRAMID’
29.04.2024. 13:17 Having questioned the suspects, the prosecutor from the Section for Combatting Trafficking in Persons and Illegal Migrations in charge of this case put forward a Motion with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, seeking custody measures and prohibiting measures, respectively, to be ordered against the persons suspected as part of the operation codenamed ‘Pyramid’, which was carried out with foreign partner institutions to fight organized illegal migrations and migrant smuggling.The measure of custody was proposed against the following suspects:
1. Selim Delić aka ’Selko’, born in 1997 in Bihać, residing in Cazin, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina
2. Amel Mušinbegović aka ‘Ćelo’, born in 1981 in Visoko, where he resides, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina
3. Dženeta Hadžiosmanović, born in 1999 in Sarajevo, residing in Visoko, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina
