REPORT ON SEXUAL HARASSMENT AT CERTAIN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS SUBMITTED TO PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH

ACCUSED OF INTERNATIONAL ENTICEMENT TO PROSTITUTION AGREES TO PLEAD GUILTY

28.01.2021. 12:28 The accused Tijana Maksimović (1992) from Belgrade pleaded guilty in full to the criminal offence charged in the indictment. A sentence of one year in prison has been proposed.  

BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE CARRIES OUT ACTION TO FIGHT ORGANIZED SMUGGLING OF LARGE AMOUNTS OF TOBACCO

27.01.2021. 14:03 In an operation codenamed "Scooter 2", about 4 tons of tobacco have been seized, along with the machines and tools used for tobacco production, as well as a larger quantity of cigarettes without excise stamps and a larger amount of money in foreign currencies. Due to the commission of the said criminal offences, the budget of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been damaged by tens of thousands of BAM.
