SMUGGLED CIGARETTES IN THE VALUE OF BAM 50,000 SEIZED

22.10.2021. 14:20 The duty Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been informed by the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina that a larger quantity of cigarettes, namely 9000 packs without appropriate excise stamps was found with the suspected driver, who is a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and is suspected of the criminal offense of Illicit Trade in Excise Products under Article 210a of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The estimated market value of cigarettes is BAM 50,000.
