26.05.2021. 15:53 The accused is charged with the smuggling of illegal migrants who did not meet the conditions for a legal stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which he did in order to acquire unlawful material gain.

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR TAX EVASION IN THE AMOUNT OF 72,000 BAM

26.05.2021. 15:51 A legal person and a natural person, as the accused, are charged with unlawfully reducing the amount of their tax liabilities in 2016, whereby they committed Tax Evasion in the amount of 72,218.00 BAM.
