INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR CRIMINAL OFFENSE OF PROVOKING ETHNIC, RACIAL AND RELIGIOUS HATRED, DISCORD AND INTOLERANCE

10.09.2021. 15:10 The accused A.F. (1966) is charged that, on several occasions during 2019 and 2020, through a website of which he is the administrator, as well as through social networks, he continuously publicly posted texts and videos that abound in statements inciting and spreading hatred towards migrants and the migrant population, as well as between the constituent peoples of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

REQUEST TO REVOKE PROHIBITING MEASURES AND ORDER CUSTODY MEASURE TO SUSPECT OSMAN MEHMEDAGIĆ (1962) SUBMITTED

08.09.2021. 12:47 Custody measure has been requested due to non-compliance with the prohibiting measures imposed on the suspect by the decision of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

APPEAL FILED AGAINST DECISION ON NON-ORDERING JASMIN MULAHUSIĆ (1976) INTO CUSTODY

08.09.2021. 12:25 A prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed within the legal deadline an appeal against the decision of the Court of BiH, which did not order custody against the suspect Jasmin Mulahusić.  

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR FUNDING TERRORIST ACTIVITIES

07.09.2021. 15:42 The accused Sena Hamzabegović (1960) is charged with repeatedly sending money in the total amount of around 230,000 BAM to fund terrorist activities and actions of the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina within the structures that have been declared terrorist organizations and formations, on foreign battlefields in Syria and Iraq.  

CUSTODY MOTION AGAINST A SUSPECT FOR PROVOKING ETHNIC AND RELIGIOUS HATRED AND INTOLERANCE

SUSPECT JASMIN MULAHUSIĆ (1976) HANDED OVER TO JURISDICTION OF BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE

06.09.2021. 11:34 The suspect Mulahusić was handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he was questioned in the capacity of a suspect, as part of an investigation conducted by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
