28.09.2021. 12:53 In the presence of his attorney, the accused Zejid Šabić, born in 1969 in Velika Kladuša, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, has fully admitted his guilt for the commission of the criminal offense of Organizing a Group or Association for the Purpose of Perpetrating the Criminal Offence of ‘Smuggling of Migrants’, referred to in Article 189a of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Smuggling of Persons, referred to in Article 189 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

PERSON ACCUSED OF CYBER CRIME ENTERS INTO PLEA AGREEMENT ADMITTING GUILT
