PERSON ACCUSED OF WAR CRIME COMMITTED IN NEVESINJE AREA ENTERS INTO PLEA AGREEMENT ADMITTING HIS GUILT

12.04.2022. 09:39 Damir Miskin (1968), the person accused of committing the criminal offense of war crime of rape and sexual abuse of a Bosniak victim in the Nevesinje area, has admitted his guilt for the said war crime committed in June 1992 and he has signed a Plea Agreement in the presence of his attorney.

05.04.2022. 15:42  Upon an order issued by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, exhumation is underway at the site of the village of Alihodžići near Vlasenica, and mortal remains of two persons have been found.
