EXTENSION OF CUSTODY REQUESTED FOR SUSPECT DALIBOR RAILIĆ (1985)

22.06.2022. 10:36 The prosecutor in charge in the Veljko Ugrenović et al. case submitted a motion to extend the custody measure for the suspect Dalibor Railić aka “Dugi”, who is charged with organised crime related to the illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs in the area of Prijedor and its surroundings, as well as other criminal offences including the murder of the Prijedor Crime Police Chief Radenko Bašić in March this year.

21.06.2022. 15:41 The prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH in charge requested from the competent partner institutions and agencies in BiH to conduct an additional financial investigation in the case of organised crime related to drug smuggling and money laundering in order to record and block all suspects’ assets, including the assets registered in the suspects’ names after the court had imposed measures of banning the disposal of such assets and those that are possibly fictitiously registered in the names of other persons, as well as all suspicious transactions.

17.06.2022. 09:56 A prosecutor of the Special Department for Organised Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption is in constant contact and coordination with SIPA, Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH (DCPB) and Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Interior officers, as well as with a prosecutor of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor’s Office, regarding investigative activities in connection with the notifications on explosive devices planted at the Complex of Judicial Institutions of BiH and the Sarajevo Municipal Court.

ACCUSED DANIEL DUSPER ENTERS GUILTY PLEA AGREEMENT AND IS SENTENCED TO PRISON TERM
