INDICTMENT ISSUED IN HIGH-LEVEL CORRUPTION CASE

02.07.2025. 10:49 The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against Ranko Debevec* (1964), Osman Mehmedagić* (1962) and Milisav Pijuk* (1984), who are accused of committing the criminal offenses listed in 8 counts of the indictment, during 2020 in their respective capacities as President of the Court of BiH, Director of BiH Intelligence and Security Agency and employee of the Court of BiH.

30.06.2025. 14:04 The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an indictment against Tanja Kusmuk*, born in 1979 in Sarajevo, a suspended employee of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
