Having questioned Dragan Šojić, born in 1961 in Šabac, in the presence of his attorney, who is a suspect in a high-corruption case, the assigned Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina put forward a motion with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, seeking that a measure of 30-day custody be ordered in respect of the aforementioned suspect.

Novica Tripković (1947), the person accused of committing the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity as he raped two Bosniak victims who were captured and then unlawfully detained in the area of Foča, has admitted his guilt for the said crime committed in August 1992 and he has signed a Plea Agreement in the presence of his attorney.

Acting on an Order of a Prosecutor from the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption, SIPA police officers have arrested the suspect Dragan Šojić (1961), the current Director of the Service for Joint Affairs of BiH Institutions, at his workplace in the building of the Joint Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Acting on orders of a Prosecutor from the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, police officers of the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina are conducting searches of buildings and vehicles in several cities, mostly in the northern part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, including Brčko and Modriča and other cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and depriving suspects of liberty.

This morning, police officers of the Republika Srpska Ministry of the Interior handed over three suspects to a Prosecutor from the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption, in continuation of the "Storage" operation aimed at fighting organized crime and illicit drug trafficking connected with several other criminal offenses.
