CUSTODY PROPOSED FOR SUSPECT N.U. (1976) IN THE CASE CODENAMED “TRICK”

08.12.2021. 10:19 Assigned Prosecutor proposed custody for the suspect for the reasons described in Article 132 (1) (a) and (b) of the CPC of BiH i.e. due to risk of flight and the risk that the suspect could obstruct the investigation, conceal evidence and influence to witnesses or accomplices.

CUSTODY MOTION FOR ALL 7 SUSPECTED OF WAR CRIMES IN BALATUN NEAR BIJELJINA

06.12.2021. 08:39 After questioning the suspects, the Assigned Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes filed a motion to the Court of BiH to order custody for all 7 suspects who were deprived of liberty in the SIPA operation conducted pursuant to order of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.

03.12.2021. 12:22  Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against:

ORGANIZED CRIME SUSPECT WITHIN THE OPERATION

03.12.2021. 12:08  After several days on the run, Petar Dukić (1980), suspected of international organized crime and illicit drug trafficking, surrendered to the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, after which the Assigned Prosecutor ordered the suspect’s deprivation of liberty.

03.12.2021. 10:18 Acting pursuant to the order of the Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes, SIPA officers arrested 7 suspects in several cities in BiH.
