MOTION FOR REMAND IN CUSTODY OF THE SUSPECTED CITIZEN OF PAKISTAN IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE

08.09.2022. 13:41  After questioning the suspect in the presence of his lawyer, a Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH sent a motion to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to remand into a 30-day custody the suspect D. A. (1981), a citizen of Pakistan, who was deprived of liberty in the operation conducted by SIPA.

REMAND IN CUSTODY PROPOSED FOR A POLICE OFFICER SUSPECTED OF ORGANIZED CRIME AND HIGH CORRUPTION IN CASES CODENAMED

06.09.2022. 15:59 After questioning the suspects, the Assigned Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina submitted to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina a motion to order remand in custody for the suspect Dejan Jurišić (1983), a police officer employed in the Prijedor Police Department, who was deprived of liberty in an operation of the RS MoI, in the area of Prijedor.

MOTION TO EXTEND CUSTODY FOR THREE SUSPECTS WITHIN THE OPERATION CODE NAMED "NEVERA"

25.08.2022. 10:24  A Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an indictment against Jasmina Bureković, known as "Jasna", born in 1955 in Zenica, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, employed as an official in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the Financial and Accounting Department of the Communications Regulatory Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
