MOTION TO EXTEND CUSTODY FOR THREE SUSPECTS WITHIN THE OPERATION CODE NAMED "NEVERA"

30.08.2022. 08:01  A Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption submitted a motion to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to extend custody for two months for all three suspects, who were deprived of their liberty in the operation codenamed "Nevera" /unfaithful/.

25.08.2022. 10:24  A Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an indictment against Jasmina Bureković, known as "Jasna", born in 1955 in Zenica, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, employed as an official in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the Financial and Accounting Department of the Communications Regulatory Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

BY ORDER OF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH AN EXHUMATION COMPLETED AT THE LOCATION OF KACELJ IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF FOČA

24.08.2022. 12:08 The remains of at least one person, as well as parts of clothing and shoes, were found. The remains were sent to the Center for Autopsy and Identification in Goražde.

PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH AND SIPA CARRIED OUT AN OPERATION IN THE FIGHT AGAINST ORGANIZED CRIME AND ILLICIT TRADE IN EXCISE PRODUCTS

19.08.2022. 10:25 Acting on the order of a Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, SIPA police officers, with the support of the RS MoI, Sarajevo Canton MoI, Herzegovina-Neretva Canton MoI and Western Herzegovina Canton MoI, conducted an operation codenamed "Regina" (North and South), directed at the suppression of organized crime, connected with illicit trade, production and sale of excise products, cigarettes, tobacco and tobacco products in large quantities.
